In our store we have as one of the objectives the satisfaction of our customer, whenever there is a problem during the entire product purchase/delivery process, we ask you to contact us through the various contacts made available in our store so that we can respond to any dissatisfaction.
In compliance with the provisions of Decree-Law no. 74/2017, of 21 July, in amendment to Decree-Law no. 156/2005 of 15 September, we have an online complaints book.
